Wichita City Hall Crash (now featuring BENNY HILL)

Back in January of 2008, guy decides to drive through city hall in Wichita, Kansas after being told by police to lower the volume of music playing in his car. He was recently sentenced to 10+ years in prison. Dumbass, but he has balls.
Please note that the footage in this video is edited to make it appear as if he came close to hitting people when in fact he was MINUTES off from doing any such thing. Police probably warned people to evacuate or stay out of the halls.
To be fair, the video may also have been edited to show the court (judge, defense lawyers, and prosecutors) the time differentials between the people and the car actually going through.
