It depends on how far youre zipline has to shoot before it sets up. So short ones you can hop on real quick

how did he skip over master?
If he makes it to masters before the 750 pred cap is full, he automatically makes it into pred. He still has to plat to keep pred over the season, but it skips masters I'd pred isn't full. That's why a lot of really good players play early season to get there fast.

Why can't I get 2 teammates that can do 200dmg? My average teammates do 60-150 dmg. I can play for 6 hrs n not get a game with 2 teammates that can stay alive for 10 seconds in the first fight. I get rats and bots probably 99 games out of 100. Also, i think I've probably had about 4 teammates with a mic in 4 n a half years of playing. Does anybody else have the same experience?
