NENAGH UPDATE : Sex Offender Joe Cummins Court Case

As of the 4th of November, rapist Joseph Cummins will be allowed back over the borders of Tipperary, as stipulated by the court. He's refusal to be allowed back into the county was until the said court case was heard. So now barring what might be entered onto probation orders, at the moment he will have free movement over the border of the county and enterence to the town of Nenagh
