This story clearly highlights the issue of mental health. One feels bad for the children who got murdered but at the same time, we also need to understand the pain in the murderer's mind that turned her so. She was a victim of child abuse and the real culprit perhaps is her mother alone. She too may have been a victim to think like that of her daughter and that's why it's important to break this cycle of mental pain and initiate healing.
Its very true
I agree with u but u know some people are born monsters they don't feel empathy towards others and can kill anyone without any remorse these kind of monsters do exist
Wht abt norma? She was just influenced by bad company despite having happy caring parents
@@pleasyplease5719 Yes
I was thinking about that the whole time. Mary had such a terrifying childhood and it kind of makes sense, to me. But why would a kid like Norma participate in such acts? It's too complicated to put in simple terms.

trauma changes your brain structure. These killers have lost the ability to reason and feel empathy because of what their caregivers did to them. Some come out as kids, some wait until they're adults. We need to be better for our world's children.

UK that's why they say the upbringing of child matters alot
In her mind she wasnt doing anything wrong she is just 11 years old and they do what they see or being taught ... all things goes back to the parents or environment... the fears insecurities and all these things are because of what was neglected in our childhood and stays in our unconscious mind that urges these behaviours
The initial stage is the environment of the childhood, bcoz of her mother's nature Mary became cruel. Even though she was just 11yrs but still she acted so mature! Thank you shrinkhu for sharing such type of stories. Lots of best wishes from West Bengal ❤️

It's horrifying... How can a small girl can do these type of crime ? @@ananyakumar1632 i am so sorry if my comment enraged you ... I have different opinion and you have different and i respect that ... I will give example of mine I was abused in sexual way in my childhood many times by one of our relatives... He abused me sexually and till tenth class he used to beat me also on the name of studies , my another relatives also tried same thing ... I gone through lot of mental issues and now also not overcome it and dealing with them .. i was so naive that i don't know many things till twelth class and in college I came to know about many things ..... I hate them very much and thought of killing them and taking revenge came in my mind many times and thoughts of doing suicide also ...... I'm really sorry to hear that u went through so much more power to u🙌🏻
Okay so here is the thing how her upbringing and mental health justifies her behaviour
I'm a psychology student and these days we are studying the development stages of child or human.
It's evident that first 5 years of a child are the crucial ones and I believe in it.
First stage is Trust vs mistrust it all starts with mother if a child's mother fulfills the need of a child like protection, hunger safety which in our case we think the baby doesn't notices but actually he is feeling all these things. If these are not fulfilled then a feeling or emotion goes in our unconscious mind that urges our behaviour, it can either be positive or negative mostly neglected feelings urges negative behaviour
2nd stage is still the same with mother if she is being told about her right or wrong and all this n that.
What a child is being taught , observes , whats the behaviour of his/her parents with them , their environment all leads a child to somewhere
If u study more of criminal cases u will see many criminals were neglected by their parents or were abandoned in early childhood or they felt that
This justifies her behaviour coz she is still a child in learning stages if she got just a little just a little affection or attention from her mother she would have been better
Hope u understood nd I totally agree with ur pov too but here's mine
Have a great day
Shrinkhal killing us with his looks 😢😢😢😢😢😢 stop being so handsome, it hurts 😢
The biggest injustice in the world is not giving peace to a child ...
I have seen another case before seeing this one , and i can conclude that "Neither does every child deserve a parent, nor does every parent deserve a child"
This really break my heart how some people are not meant to be parents. Crimes done by kids are most horrific to hear
_And just want to take a moment and appreciate your new look .

We hate criminals, but we doesn't realize that why he or she is a criminal , if we start noticing the reasons... Then there will be very less cases of criminal!
It is only true when any person is mentally unstable or having bad past but most cases are different like rape, killed for money, just in agression

Yes, nice excuse
Also Mary took care of her mental health and is now just a normal human being and cries everytime she remembers she did this.
One thing i would like to add to your analysis is that she targeted young boys and also carving of name in genitilia shows that Mary how mentally and emotionally unstable she became bec of her promiscuous mom and her shady clients. She felt powerless in front grown pedophiles but she felt vindicated by hurting male children whenever her episodes of trauma appeared.no wonder home affairs didn't deem her threat to society after she went missing from open prison. Because the real culprits were actually her mom and the grown ass men (scum) who took her childhood and innocence away from her.
Section 83 of the Indian Penal Code[5] states that: Nothing is an offence which is done by a child above seven years of age and under twelve.
What if they're below 7?
Section 82 Indian Penal Code (IPC) says that anything done by a child under seven years of age will not be an offence.
@@NidhiSKamat if the child is below 7 they can't be convicted they get the immunity.. But if a child is between 7 to 12 they can be liable for the crime only if the prosecution prove that they had the sufficient understanding of the act.
