Everyone in the record industry had already dismissed her as a has-been but Bowie saw she was a powerhouse just waiting to explode, and it was him and Mick stanning her that got others to see her in a new light. Bless Bowie for having the foresight. And bless Tina for being such a mountain of awesomeness.
