His point is that City youngsters won't actually feature in the starting XI or the first team. Even a guy as talented as Jadon Sancho left because there's little to no opportunities for the youngsters no matter how good they are. There are young players playing in City but mind you, City have PAID a ton of money for them. Players like Gabriel Jesus and Leroy Sane, arent exactly local product like Rashford, Lingard, McTominay, etc.
