You missed to mention about the difference in ADAS feature.
AX7L has adaptive cruise control with stop and go
Noo adaptive cruise control available in only automatic… AX7 and AX7L both has adaptive cruise control but in automatic only.
Only L has stop and go Ax7 has normal cruise and ADAS. AX7 L has Adaptive cruise with ADAS.
No both have stop and go feature

2.) blind spot monitoring system ( jismein ki turn lete samay Rt. or. Lt. Side par instrument cluster mein back side ka view aata hai )
3.) Adaptive cruise control with stop and go functions..... All the features overall make the experience much more luxurious utilitarian and comfortable...... Especially 360 degree camera and blind spot monitoring system are a real help for such a big vehicle when parking in tight areas or when manouvering vehicle in busy traffic conditions........ Also the 12 speaker system with subwoofer along with the option of multiple 3D modes is superb and really indulging ❤❤😊😊.... After considering all these features I opted for AX7 L diesel automatic ( Luxury pack ) 🙏🏻🙏🏻

But now I realised Top model is the best.... no regrets....
Anyway it's my personal opinion...
The main difference between the models is the all wheel drive system in the top model
