For Dr. Syed and anyone else living with wildfire smoke -- Do you know how to make a box fan filter? Use a little duct tape to attach a smoke-rated furnace filter (20x20x1 inch, about $18 at hardware store, will last at least a few weeks to a few months) to the back of the box fan ($20 at hardware store), making sure the air flow arrow on the side of the filter points into the fan. Run on high to rapidly clear smoke then run on low constantly. If you have a large house, you may want more than one of these filters.
Once a day when the smoke is lighter (maybe during the night), let fresh air in from outside for "oxygen replacement" -- one way to do this is to put your filter in an open window to blow air in, and open a window at the far end of the house to let the old air out.
These filters are lung-savers! Super-simple to make and affordable, and amazingly effective.

vitamin B1 is involved in Melatonin production. At the molecular mechanism level Melatonin puts the breaks on the inflammatory cytokines mentioned hence preventing the cytokine storm. Majority of melatonin is made in the gut lining. Melatinin is reduced with gut inflammatory conditions and older age (hint hint comorbidity and older age)
Melatonin would be better for treatment than B1. I wouldnt rely on Vitamin-B1 alone since their is no guarantee that your body can or will produce enough melatonin to stop the cytokine storm.

My plan is to take it if I think I am exposed or symptomatic. I am not sure if there is a reasonable amount in regard to the zinc + zinc ionophore premise just from our diet and if additional oral zinc is needed or effective. Also I don’t understand what level and duration may be toxic. From my own reading, just seems like these 50 mg and greater supplements are excessive or maybe unnecessary?? So much info out there. In any case, learning from others as I go and being careful in my supplement choices, I feel like I am being more proactive. I do believe that we need to treat our bodies with respect and help optimize ourselves which may be different for everyone. Stay healthy.

My understanding is that it might be needed when one embarks upon high dose thiamine (because high doses make high demands on other Bs), but after you've achieved a level of improvement in your health (what might be the max for you), you'd likely be able to back off of all of the B vitamins and find out how much thiamine you need to maintain. You might always need more of certain vitamins. Genetically, I know I need more folate, but it appears I might also need more thiamine. This is a topic where you ought not take my word for; read what you can and consult a doctor that's open to high thiamine supplementation. It would also be wise to learn what the side effects of too much of any B vitamin.

    Result…..No name.
One knowledgeable pharmacist (almost as knowledgeable as a 100% cool beener - me) assured me that no doctor would prescribe budesonide suspension unless I had asthma or copd.
Moreover, she volunteered that she has only seen a couple of prescriptions for ivermectin, ever, and that I would need liver tests before ivermectin could be obtained. This statement proves that no one is prescribing ivermectin in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

If you are a long hauler, you need to run an anticoagulant/blood thinner and anti-inflammatory for 2 weeks before using the ivermectin for it to be really effective. Start on low dose anticoagulant for first 5 days, then up it from there. Long haulers are full of clots even though D dimer are showing normal. The clots are not breaking down hence the illusion.

William, I live in Oklahoma and many people use Ivermectin to worm their cows. They're also taking the cow Ivermectin to cure Covid. I had a severe case of Covid back in March and ordered some Ivermectin over the internet. It was a bottle of 50 3mg pills manufactured in Romania, and after receiving it, I noticed a tiny picture of a dog on it. I was so sick that I didn't care if it was made for a dog or a horse. The way I look at it, Ivermectin is Ivermectin. It's the same chemical formula for animals that it is for humans, the dosage is just different. After taking one dose I was totally recovered 4 days later and went to the health department for a test and tested negative. Before I took the Ivermectin I was sick for several weeks. I laid on my side twice a day and drained my lungs to keep from drowning while I tried everything under the sun to cure it. Oil of oregano, olive leaf, high dose vitamin C and D, milk thistle, garlic, quinine sulfate, 220 mg of zinc sulfate, 300 mg of zinc picolinate, cinammon, hesperidin, apiin, quercitin, drank a gallon of green tea per day, 2 liters of tonic water with quinine, Azithromycin, cipro, and several other things. I gained probably 20 lbs during this time, because I was taking so many pills that I had to constantly eat to keep from getting nauseated from all the things I took. All of these things helped, and totally eradicated the virus from my throat and sinuses, but it was still in my lungs over a month after catching the crap. Then I heard about Ivermectin, and it kicked this viruses ass like nothing I've ever seen. 24 hours after taking it my lung drainage was almost all gone, and 4 days later I was cured. I later found out why after reading an article from Monash Univ. in Australia. They put Ivermectin in a test tube with Covid, and 24 hours later 93% of the viruses were dead. 48 hours later 98.9% were dead and 72 hours later 100% of the viruses were dead. Needless to say, I now have a stockpile of Ivermectin. The dosage is 1mg per every 10 lbs of body weight. I weigh around 200 lbs, so one 20mg dose is what I took. One dose is all you need because it has along half life and stays in the body for several days. That was the big problem when I first got the Ivermectin, I didn't know how much to take, and there wasn't much information on the internet about the dosage at that time. I eventually found an article from Bangladesh that told the dosage they were using and converted it from the metric system. Good luck my friend

Then you’re not a good person in God’s eyes and in terrible danger of the judgement of God which will send you to hell (a terrible place of pain and sadness FOREVER & EVER & EVER & EVER….). Remember God is the Holiest such that one small lie will induce his severe wrath. Good news is Jesus died on the cross so that you may receive forgiveness of AALL YOUR SINS (No matter how bad or how many). But you aren’t forgiven unless you REPENT OF YOUR SINS & BELIEVE IN JESUS AS YOUR GOD (repentance means turning from sin and doing your absolute best not to do it again, also ask Jesus to rid you of addictions that you’re struggling to shake away-James 4:7). God has blessed us with Great food to eat (kings in the past don’t eat like we do today), shelter, freedoms, fun, medicine, pets to enjoy their company, friends, nice music to listen to and many more things to enjoy. Yet we don’t give him thanks, Blaspheme his HOLY name etc God wants to give the free gift of eternal life (9999999999999999999999999… years of extreme happiness) but we need to humble ourselves and turn from our wicked ways Believe in Jesus (God wants to have a relationship with you-like a father and his children). The short answer is yes, IMO. But I'd take all the other Bs plus magnesium. IMO

Start with a 100mg of Thiamine HCL take with B complex and 300mg of magnesium.
