  • On May 30, our partners, the Elizabeth River Project, officially dedicated the Ryan Resilience Lab and launched the EcoDistrict on Knitting Mill Creek. The ceremony included remarks from Delegate Alex Askew, Delegate Phil Hernandez and Norfolk Mayor Kenneth Cooper Alexander.
A special dedication of the grounds was made by Chief Keith F. Anderson of the Nansemond Indian Nation before a Blue Heron was released back into the wild following her rehabilitation at Tidewater Rehabilitation & Environmental Education. #norfolkVA #757
