This game really had the potential to be something good and even make it to pro-play world stages. I would really play it from time to time especially after my prime days of playing this game back in 2017 and like 2018, but now you can physically feel the aspect ratio of real players to bots in this game. It's a shame this game died so fast and it's a shame they gave up. I kind of figured it was all over within 3 months of them not updating

Bloody hell I haven't played this game since late 2019 I want to play it again at some point but my PC can't handle it lol it really is a shame that this game is pretty much dead it definitely had the potential and brought something different to the Modern Combat series. One thing I didn't know was that the original team who developed MCVS had left that probably explains why there hasn't been any major updates along with profit. As for MC5 I'm surprised they haven't nuked the game yet.
Honestly have they even updated the game in years? After BLIP I haven't seen anything
@@KingSpades You know what I don't even know I haven't played in a long time the last time I played was when they added sarge after that I stopped playing. But I heard that the Devs from GL Montreal are working else where now so from the looks of it I don't think we are getting anymore updates and if that's the case is it even worth playing anymore?

I really loved this game. Started playing it when it was released. Now when I went to Play Store, I couldn't find it anymore, realised that they had killed it. Man, nowadays every good game on Android is being killed😔
The main issue with this game arises when the player reaches a level where the utilization of in-app purchases is required to buy tokens in order to upgrade the agent. If the player possesses a significant amount of monetary resources 💵, this may not be an issue. However, for those who do not have enough financial means, it may be challenging to progress and improve their ranking in the divisions.
I never spent a dollar on the game and I got all agents to level 50.... so there's that. It is tough though. You're a noob for a long time

I've played this game when at first came out and I haven't stopped playing since. The biggest issue with this game is hackers. I'll tell you what though it's so fun killing hackers

Its a thing i been seeing latley that mobile game developers want to get into pc games. Pikpok are creating a pc into the dead game, and I heard madfinger games are working on a pc game of some sort. The mobile marked has changed a lot the last few years and im not sure where that will go, but the fact that games like apax legends failed and battlefield was closed down says a lot.
I play it till a bit bored since no much updates to that game (which may leave the game die). Idk what GL Montreal do.

MCVS is kinda different than COD and PUBG ofc coz of the sci-fi fps genre AND all the abilities the agents have.

I still enjoy MCVS every now n then-maybe every few weeks to a month. It’s sad because the game had so much potential. GLM dropped the ball when the original devs left.
I wanna know what the silent update/fix was. There’s still speed hacks that run rampant sometimes. That said good video, Marf. I always enjoy when you check in on MCVS and give a more current perspective 🫡

As of right now no the game will be discontinued totally on December 1st The game hasn't been getting any updates but oddly enough there has been in game content that has been cycled throughout. So I believe there is some type of developers left who were editing the game.

This game was awesome when it first came out. I just wish for more mobility. More passion instead of having to purchase shit to upgrade your characters rig. It sucks bc at fiest it was fine perfect gameplay good matches nothing was really overpowered. But it made the same mistake as MC5 and even the long forgotten Starwarfare 2:Payback. They get greedy and want money. That KILLED SW2. and it killed MC5 for me. And it was just a matter of time before it got MCV. the best way for gameloft to make money was to do what fortnite did. Cater the gameplay and games with fresh content but add an abundance of skins. We couldve even seen a crossover from COD BO3 skins into MCV!! IF it got that big but they killed it off themselves and its sad to see because i grinded the hell out of MC5 and MCV before they got pay to win.
You don't have to buy anything to upgrade..... I must be an OG because I've never bought anything in game
@beefnacos6258 I played this game in beta and release.. at first there was nothing you needed to buy to upgrade but then they introduced rigs and those were impossible to level up 100% without either grinding for months or buying gems. They did exactly what MC5 did.
Game is good, except there's tons wrong. First, crashing, second. Hackers and somehow sweaty players that use weak ass characters that kill your op one in 3 seconds. Rank system is trash, full of bots or hackers with sudden one-shot shots. I'd love to tell how bad these hackers are, it shouldn't be possible that a fucking mi-nu can solo a tank in just 2 seconds while it takes me over 9 seconds to kill a non-tank. Her gun shouldn't be strong enough to deal 600 a second, at max it's probably 400 or something. But should be way less than 600 - 1k.
It was a shame the pay to win aspect really killed the game same with other gameloft titles i enjoy the graphics, the artstyle and gameplay to a certurn degree
It's not pay to win. It's pay to get there faster. I've never spent a dollar on the game and I got all agents to level 50. And it made me ridiculously good at the game, Because while being undergeared and under leveled, I was fighting people that were higher leveled with higher gear

this game is trash, unbalanced, pay to win, cheaters and hackers everywhere. Its a dead game full of bots.
Yeah. It's true. Bots killed it. The fun thing for me is I still wreck bots and win it for the whole team.... On the other hand though my team isn't usually good enough to kill the bots, thus ruining other players experiences
