Since the 1994-95 NCAA Division 1 Basketball Season, the UConn Basketball Programs have now won 17 NCAA Division 1 Basketball Titles (6 Men, 11 Women). 17 in 29 Seasons. Wow!!
The Big East Conference won the NCAA championship and the NIT championship.

I am from Connecticut and am happy that UConn won.
Clingan couldn’t stop him but he’s a sophomore vs. senior, he did actually stop him a few times when a different defender might have given up even more points, and Clingan’s presence alone often kept Edey from helping out to try to block more shots for fear of leaving Clingan alone for an easy pass and dunk, which did happen a couple times.
He didn’t need to.
Clingan did his job. Hurley didn't want him picking up fouls and get in early foul trouble. It was part of the gameplan.

Clingan and Castle are projected to be high first round picks and Edey is projected to be the 30 - 35th pick, although his type of game isn’t well suited for the NBA.
