I really like the setup of this shop, everything except the big glass bowls for the tea bags, that feels like a disaster waiting to happen. Great video again, this is probably my favourite shop you've worked in.
Im so jealous of people that can do latte art. I thought by watching many videos I’ll get the hang of it. I accepted that I cannot do it no matter how many times I tried. It’s so difficult and complex! I gave up on doing art after a month. I just wanted to learn but failed miserably. I just wanna do one heart!!! 😭
Just don't lose hope and keep trying no matter what. I am new to this too and I'm trying to learn to do latteart too and sometimes I have the same frustration. But some days I'm able to do the heart and it motivates me. It's been 3 months now and I'm working on it every day. For some people it's easier for others not. You just have to keep doing it. Hi everyone, I am new Go the Barista thing and I wonder how big the Cup for the milk Should be? I got one with 350ml. Is This the right size for Latte Art? Thx
Depends on your cup size but 350ml generally should be more than enough. Start by filling the milk to the bottom of the spout indentation on the inside of the jug 👍🏻
All that money on in-counter hardware and then the knock box is a can in the corner by a gross looking wall. Nice. Would love to see your workflow explode into the stratosphere with a grind-by-weight grinder like a E65S GbW
Hah, that wall always annoys me in this café - as the rest of it looks so stylish and has all this fancy gear - and then that wall, which looks like it's probably visible to customers. Connor did once try wiping it in a previous video, but it probably needs re-painting now, and maybe a wipe-clean surface instead if they keep the knock-box there.

I think you guys really should change your espresso beans grinder,because I can see you fighting the grinder in almost every minute in this video.
I think he goes around to new cafes to work every week with an app and records each experience.

I know I just can’t get it clean! I think they are repainting it soon with a easier to clean surface
