How Ultron is able to use Stone powers in other Verse in EP8 ... Unlike in Loki series they used the same stones as paper wait in other Verses.
I had a theory about that.
Each Infinity Stone control one aspect of reality.
In Loki, we got TVA where Infinity Stone are useless. Maybe they are outside Space Time continuum. Now Space Time continuum is fabric of reality.
So they are useless in TVA because of lack of space time continuum.
Ultron was able to use Infinity Stone because he was still in space time continuum.
Infinity Stone work in full potential in his own universe but maybe in other universe they work but not as powerful they are in their own universe.
