- Right off the heels of dasSMACC, I got Ben Smith (@ultrasoundjelly) to give us a 5minsono on the 60/60 sign for PE. This echocardiographic sign was found to have 94% specificity in patients with suspected PE

Do not get confused pls. It's Tricuspid Regurgitation pressure gradient below 60 mmHg not Pulmonary artery systolic pressure.

It is TR pressure gradient more not less than 60 mmhg and pul art acc time less than 60 is 90% specific for pul art hypertension
