+FlameTheropod Hmm, not really so many games with Orcas. Most of them would be duplicates of this video as well (Ecco, Jaw's Unleashed, GTAV, Assassin's Creed IV and Rogue... all I can think of off the top of my head) 2015 was a pretty busy year for more sharks though, so that's something I've been working on for quite a long time now.

As a father I really need some help, what is the song playing at the beginning when the whale shark swims over? It helped my daughter fall asleep so I was looking to find a way to get it. Can you, or someone, PLEASE let me know what song that was???
Jeremy Dickson It's from the Sega Mega-CD version of Ecco the Dolphin. The soundtrack for the Mega-CD version was done by Spencer Nilsen which I ripped from my original 1993 disc. Searching Google for "Ecco the Dolphin CD Soundtrack" or similar should bring up MP3 results. About a month in the making, I finally finished my editorial video about sharks and how they are portrayed in video games, so here it is. I missed out on Shark Week by a few days, which is bad in terms of views but on the flip side, I really don't like what Shark Week has become with a lot of wannabe Steve Irwins and spending money on fake documentaries with fake evidence (and even a completely fake shark attack incident!) that try to fool people into believing Megalodon is not extinct or the existence of a 30ft+ super Great White Shark called submarine around South Africa. #shark #sharks #sharkweek #gaming #videogames

Incredible video BrySkye, as a huge fan of sharks I've searched the internet for years for something like this and found it in this video made only 11 months ago. I thank you for showing gameplay footage of lesser known games with sharks in them, like "Hunting the great white" which I picked up around 2004 where the graphics weren't that good but PC makes sure it's at least a crisp looking POS. Thank you for making this video, I started it and was immersed until the very end.
I used to play a game called Transworld surf and there was a side game mode where you would hunt surfers and once you killed the surfer that player would become the shark and you'd be a surfer. to avoid the shark you would surf as much as possible without wiping out
The harpooning is so disgusting and makes me so upset. I know it’s just a game, but it really happens and people react the same way to killing an animal. They just laugh with dollar signs in their eyes.
13:24 incorrect, it actually can be evaded, if you take one of the prop row boats out to sea by punching it to propel it and you stand just on the edge of it the sharks will sometimes try to attack but cant hit you if you step back at just the right moment, it can topple the boat sometimes though leading to the shark getting you when you fall in the water
Well done video; it REALLY makes me wanna go rebuy a Wii just to play Endless Ocean again... such a fun game... still have it's spiritual predecessor on the PS2: Everblue 2. I'd recommend checking it out if you can hunt it down; same basic idea as Endless Ocean, but with a few more RPG elements to it.

chase tegethoff ...Mixed, lol. At this point I'll probably be doing a 2015 update video around about July that would so far include Stranded Deep, Depth and Next-Gen GTA5 (with playable sharks). Anyway, the question. Visually, the models need a lot of work. To be completely redone actually, but I do believe that is the intention. Most of the 3D animal models in the game right now are just place holders. That may have improved a lot by July. Gameplay wise, well that's changing often. When I first got it, about... early/mid February, the sharks were kind of shy and cautious. Provided I kept them in my vision, they would keep their distance or swim away, only approaching or attack when I turned my back. Divers always say it's the shark you don't see that gets you. The last time I played it though, after the patch before sea forts were added, the AI was changed completely, making them really aggressive. Getting in the water with them, you'd be attacked almost immediately. It's a difficult balance to strike. Realistic shark behaviour, in that they largely ignore people or a hell of a lot more attacks would happen, doesn't make for such an exciting game.
Kaua Lima I used to play a game called Transworld surf and there was a side game mode where you would hunt surfers and once you killed the surfer that player would become the shark and you'd be a surfer. to avoid the shark you would surf as much as possible without wiping out
