Since I have been asking JZ lots of questions under his video's comments, here are some inputs from him that I know:
1. The good thing about playing Irelia is that you only need to drag the first position and the system will find the opponent for you when you tap the second one, for shorten the cast time.
2. Multiple target when Auto cast for skill3(E): depends on your settings, normally we set minimum absolute health and Auto cast would prioritize champion.
3. (From my observation) Similarly, Auto cast for skill 1(Q), will target the champion with mark first, if multiple with marks, select the min heath (depends on setting). Super important when you use ult(R) on multiple champions.
4. JZ rune is quite consistent so you can checkout his video. From my observation, Conquer and sweet tooth are must, brutal almost always (occasionally triumph), green one(Resolved) depends on the matchup: lots of control in opposite, go Hunter; Otherwise, go Second wind or Bone plating (high combo damage).

@@tokkiikkot3814 Yes, cause a tank might have lower percentage health than adc but if it's compared in absolute, the system will understand that the adc is the one with low hp (in numbers(
Also I'd like to add, in practice mode, Irelia has a unique pop-up guide with how her Bladesurge in wildrift works. While it says there that "it prioritizes targets that will make Bladesurge reset", be careful guys since that's not true in many ways. If there's a minion with low health and a Marked Champion, Bladesurge will prioritize the champion (of course because of the mark reset and it's a champion) but do note that tapping Bladesurge again WILL NOT target the low health minion but will still target the champion WITHOUT the Mark, even if the Bladesurge will not kill the opponent champ.
This is really important because an Irelia user may get too confident in a duel around a minion wave with low healths making her think she's unkillable and strong with so many bladesurge resets, which might make the player forget that the game doesn't care if there's like 20 minions with low health, auto tapping will target the Champion regardless.

What config do you use to attack low hp minions when in combat against someone? I see many players spam Q on minions so quick but selecting target takes some time and they do it automatically, how?

Men and runes ? What uses in mid lane?
The BoRK first item isn't optional at all. It's a swonball item with irelia no matter what, if your 0 2 it's a massive power spike and you probably can fight even your laner if you have BoRK or just still run in the rift if your ahead

It depends on how aggressively you want to play her. Tri Force first item is a very aggressive move but it’s incredibly useful if you play her mid lane. Since BoRK gives such a massive power spike and sustain, it can be more helpful to take it second to extend Irelia’s dominance in teamfights. From what I know, Tri is generally the better option mid because you don’t need to sustain with APCs as much as you need to kill them as fast as possible.

I still dont know what u do at 3:17 .... U drag 3rd skill behind riven and what do u do with the second cast of 3rd skill? U just auto tap or u drag it too??? I gave irelia a try and only reason i quit her is bcuz i could stun with 3rd skill properly i just dont know how to do it
