This dude needs his own show on your channel- i'd watch every week...
Spot on idea!
One of the best "what's in my bag" episodes, hands down, or up.
I think I know a lot about music history until I see dudes like this on here who open entire doorways.
From the very first pick I was like, yes, Nick. Educate me!
For real!
His and Paul Major were the most educational BAGS yet
🔥👍💯
@@viniciusfranciscoalves2576 The John Flansburgh episode is another one that's up there for me. 👌
Great selection. This man knows his soul and jazz.
Not surprised I'm walking away with a list of must-grab albums from this one. Nick is a powerhouse artist. One of the best live acts I've EVER seen. Another winner, Amoeba!!!
Check out Jd Mcpherson song " North side gal" you will thank me
Damn, this guy knows his music!
I'm only 2 minutes in and am so excited I can't even sit still! One of the best episodes ever - so many great recommendations.
This is one of my favorite episodes yet. All great picks, Nick!
Cool, i liked his selection and learned some stuff too, thumbs up Nick Waterhouse !
Best 'What's in my bag' video in a long time! Nick's brain is so full of good info, and good music. Amoeba, keep finding people like this, if you can. I love it!
It’s rare that I sit through one of these and want to buy every single item an artist has picked out, however this may be the one!
I wish I could take a music class with Nick Waterhouse
Thank you Nick for taking us on a true musical excursion
Nick's music is awesome, and now I'm searching for all the picks in this chapter, thanks Nick, ¡muchas gracias!
I want every one of his picks. This was such a great collection.
This one is SO GREAT. He's so into music, I love it.
Nick knows ! great stuff Amoeba ,cheers from Italy -GRAZIE MILLE!
That Numero Group Jackie Shane collection is one of the best sets ever. Get the LPs, the packaging is amazing.
This was a mini music history class for me thanks Nick love your music.
Nick Waterhouse as a awsome taste in music
That was one of the best ones ever. Thanks for dropping knowledge on a bunch of stuff I love the sound of, but would never know about.
Amazing stuff.
Fantastic episode. This guy has really good taste. And Numero Group is killing it. Everything they put out is amazing.
Starting in January of 2022 Im going to buy one record from this list. I really enjoyed the music selection. Im looking forward to that Jackie Shane album. Thanks
This guy is incredible.
I hope this series never goes away
one of the best episodes in a while
He really knows his shit.
this man knows what he’s talking about!!! “I love bassists, I love Sam Jones” damn, that’s effing beautiful!!!
Proud to say I've got that Chico lp!
Great episode.
Very cool. Thanks.
Great taste my god.
Van Morrison might have the most underrated discography of all time.
And “too late to stop...” is amazing.
Anthony Fantano not fit enough to blow the dust of Nick Waterhouse’s record collection. The undisputed king of the music nerds
Great selections...you know I realize we all have different tastes, but man, who keeps disliking these videos? How do you dislike someone's picks? They might be different from yours, but you don't have to dislike it. Just move on...I mean short of someone like cursing or disrespecting artists, which I've never seen any of these musicians do on What's In My Bag...why thumbs down? I'll never understand it.
Yeah, while I myself disagree with a pick of his, I'm not gonna mass dislike it and shame Nick, and he's a great artist and musician anyway.
The episodes where the musicians are just nerding out on their chosen records are the best. Awesome stuff!
That Chico Hamilton pick is on point! Good episode.
Nick waterhouse has great taste in music. Also introduce me to some artist that are new to me.
Loads of inspiration and knowledge! Please, more people like that, not just famous names.
I almost don't believe this because I feel like you would've been put the CD albums in digital format. Maybe even found a way to convert your records into digital copies, but I understand you wanting to preserve the original audio quality of what you're listening to. This is a great insight into the EDC of a musician rather than a tech enthusiast.
Thanks Nick for the knowledge !
Chico is the man!😀
I bet this guy went to Amoeba store using a time machine from the 60's.
Very dapper
WHENS THE NEXT EPISODE????
Im curious about that last one he left in the bag.
wow.
Yes...
bit of flirtation at the end there; possibly a flash of knicker elastic.
Best episode
Sounds like the song list at Portillos while your ordering food.
Can you guys do mike patton?
A music geek if ever...
The guy knows his shit.
Hello Nick, and thank you for not wearing a baseball cap indoors

You actually CAN hear all these influences in his music, nothing pretentious.

Who ?
skypjuh nick Waterhouse my favorite song of his is high tiding
Well, for starters, his name is in the title of the video you're commenting on. It's also written in the description below the video, but if reading just really isn't your thing, well, you can simply click the play button on the video an voila, the very first sound you'll hear is this person introducing himself! You're welcome!
Who that is ?
His name is in the title and description and not mention, he literally tells you his name at the very beginning of the video! Hope that helps!
Too much Axlerod for my taste, but that’s just my personal opinion.
Just a bunch of white boy music
