Gion Corner - Japanese Traditional Theatre - Kyoto, Japan

Gion Corner is a traditional Japanese theatre located in the Gion District of Kyoto. Surrounded by teahouses and restaurants the theater offers a 6 part show displaying traditional performances in dance, music, comedy, puppetry and more. Get there early to get a good seat as the theatre is not very big and the best seats go fast. A nice show to see for all.
On a side note Gion district is known for their teahouses and the Geisha that live and entertain there. Many people also rent kimono's for the day (including men) which adds to the allure of Gion and Kyoto in general.
