Loved the build but one question.
As a new player I’ve watched a few build videos and the one thing I’ve noticed is that you all build with items I don’t have in my game. Basic stuff like Concrete, warehouse and greenhouse items.
Are those mods or are they available later in game!
Go easy on me. I’m 200 yrs old (68) and I’m new in town.😂

For building another floor.. just build a ladder so that you can get on the roof of the house. Then place 1 floor carefully placed above the roof when standing on it.. later the rest floor tiles will snap and make the whole floor, rest is usual business. See in the video, I have done in this way
