I’m so happy you called out those copycats on the web duplicating your savings challenges work. They depend on the creative ideas of successful entrepreneurs like yourself for profit. I also see many CZcamsrs copying your video intros (quiet money count, etc.) and I quickly swipe left. If they didn’t create their own original introduction, then they will not have any creative ideas of interest so I move along. Love your channel and all the hard work you and Stef are doing. 🥰
I love her but there’s been people doing this type of videos way before her. Just like she got inspiration from others, others will take inspiration from her.

I would absolutely love to see more behind the scenes. Even some other things about you - favorite recipes, what you use for a planner, “joining” your family on adventures, seeing your kiddos playing hockey. All kinds of fun things!

Hi Emily. I love all of your content. Especially these, but also adore your content around the shop! That is amazing to me. One of the things I would love is perhaps a story time once or twice a month. One thing I've always been curious about was how you and your husband got away from using credit cards and how you stay consistent with that. I know some of us still love our credit cards for the rewards and pay them off weekly, but for those of us who don't, that would be an amazing testimony to me. I know you follow Financial Peace, but what is your "why"?

Well keep going until we are 6 months ahead so it will look the same for a while then we’ll start investing like crazy and I’ll talk about that once we get there 🥰

How do you cash stuff when bills are set up to come right out of your accounts? Like mortgage, taxes, health premiums, utilities come out directly during the month. Do we just stuff for variable expenses?
I personally don’t cash stuff my bills and things that are auto drafted! They are a line item on my budget, but I don’t take cash out for them 🖤

I am new to this whole cash budget thing. I have watched your newbie video and I am still a bit lost.. So how do you only put 15 in your grocery budget ? I spend like 80-100 a week. Do you have a stock pile else where ? Is it in your bank account. I am a bit ADD lol and my mind is all over :) Thank you just ordered and excited for my new items

This is literally the only video I didn’t explain it, but I do most of my grocery shopping online so I keep that money in my checking account! It saves me time and I stay with in my budget when I order my groceries that way and then I go pick them up! The cash that stuff is just for random odds and ends we might need to grab during the week 🥰
For reference, our grocery budget is between $1000 and $1200 for our family of six 🖤

I explain it in almost every video (but must not have in this one) but we do 95% of our grocery shopping online and cash stuff $100 a month for random odds and ends we might need to grab during the week

Medical is typically stuffed for medical expenses, and health is for overall general health such as vitamins or over the counter medication for little sicknesses
