The episode Family Meeting was even considered controversial because of Disney+ not airing it, rather than the actual content (discussing causes of farting and the whole thing being set off by Bluey and Bandit arguing about him dropping one in her face) because nobody saw an issue with an episode based around fart humour.
And themselves, and by proxy their audience. Everyone deals with heavy shit, and being able to split the hair so gracefully about feelings, about how to communicate, just being able to draw so much out of play and just letting life be what it is while also honestly but not harshly telling the truth... these guys have their act together in the best way. They know how to adapt to things, to roll with them, and to ride out things. It's certainly a lesson for me, to embrace where I'm at somehow.

Muffin thinks they don’t have to play by the rules of Library because they’re special, and then they talk to the dad and that’s when the dad talks to Muffin. It’s not just be a joke, it’s an honest way of communicating. I think it’s still something fine to find funny, but I wouldn’t call it a joke.

It’s definitely for little kids. They don’t need to understand what’s going on 100%. My son is 4 and he loves it. He sees it for the fun it is, but then he learns from it too. He learns how people interact, and that others are depending on you sometimes, and that you can and should tell people “it’s not your fault,” and that everybody had emotions. It’s swinging for the fences and knocking it out every time.

As a new father, i start watching bluey. Bandit is amazing father. His trust towards his kids are limitless. Theres a time when even i said, no the kids crossing the line, but bandit let it happen, while at the end everythings ok. I know its a show. But it makes me recheck how often we adults put boundaries of whats is right or wrong even before we let our children put those boundaries themselves.
Don’t skip on kids. They’re pretty smart and can take in a lot of things. This is definitely meant for kids, but it gives the parents a chance to bring it up if they want. Or it can just be a time when something big happens and you think it’s your fault.

I should know because my mother had a miscarriage. but, it is a good gamily message.
