She's not logical at all. Pakistan will never listen to dialogue. We would have won the war in 1999 but we did not have good intelligence to know that pakistan did have a delivery system.
In 1971 we won fair and square, got Bangladesh liberated and even Russia was telling us to annex west pakistani territories in shimla agreement but Indira Gandhi refused(stupid righteousness).
