Higurashi has multiple story arcs, thus the multiple volume ones. At the top of the spine is the proper ordering for the entire series. The black spines mark the Question Arcs that set up the mystery, and the white spines mark the Answer Arcs that resolve the mystery. Each arc has a different mangaka, so the art style changes, but don't even think of opening the Answer Arc volumes unless you want spoilers.

Oh damn I didn't know they were re printing Higurashi but wonder if it will ever make it to UK. We didn't seem to get Lucifer and the biscuit hammer recprints at all nowhere baring website was selling them

I can't afford Non Non Biyori, but my library has them all so I am going to check them out and binge read the whole series. I loved the anime so I can't wait to read the whole manga series.
I just read I'm Kinda Chubby and I'm Your Hero. It was sweet.

Boogie! This was a very awesome haul. I love that Higurashi got a reprint, I hope we can get them in Europe also. It's pretty creepy that you mentioned that manga, since I prior to watching this checked out some scenes from the live action series with the NGT48 (Idol group) members 😅 Another strange coincidence - I also picked up Yoshi last week, all the three volumes. It looks really interesting. I thought you was going to mention that it was made by the Barakamon mangaka since you have talked about that series. It was really wholesome to hear you talk about Air Gear while almost choking up. Such a nice gift 😊

Recently picked up Witch Atelier as per you and a friend’s recommendation, and it’s wonderful! After reading volume 1, I immediately placed a manga order of some of the next volumes of it plus some other series I’ve been collecting. My most recent Rightstuf package had volumes 18 to 21 of Komi Can’t Communicate, 2 to 5 of Witch Hat Atelier, and some in between volumes (13 and 15) of Yona of the Dawn. ive been really enjoying jack the ripper hellblade its an interesting take on jack the ripper with the woman he kills are actually these monsters and when they get unalived the go back to human form which basically frames jack as a murderer and jack is very inspired by alucard from hellsing so if you are a fan of hellsing highly recommend.

If u like manga that has an older main character, u may like Way of the House Husband honestly. It is a former Yakuza because a stay at home husband while his wife works. I still hope one day that you'll look for and read Alice19th or Ceres: Celestial Legend cause both are fantastic
i picked this up when it first started coming out! it was great but i opted out of collecting it - i wish it was a bit more… not episodic and had more of a continuous plot

I went a bit too ham this month on manga ;;;; but most were used and the new ones were on average at least 45% off, so...not as bad as it could be? 😅 My favorite volumes that I've read recently are Shadows House vol.3, My Gently Raised Beast vol.1, Magus of the Library vol.6, and the first few volumes of Ass. Class! I've made good progress on my collections of Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts, Children of the Whales, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Tegami Bachi! :D
I got volume's 5,6,7,8, of edenzero otw. Plus, i know have the demonslayer manga boxset ,volume 6 of kiju#8 ,volume's 2,3,4 of edenzero and volume's 1 to 10 of undead unluck in my collection and already read .

This was a very wholesome return haul video and I really enjoyed it. I definitely get the feeling of buying then looking at your shelf and being like "Hmmmm". Also, good call on the Light Novels. I am trying to stick to Re Zero, Tayna, Oregairu, and A sister is all you need and that is already gonna be a big set xD. Doesnt help ill be buying all the manga for Re Zero and Oregairu too T_T

Today my mom suprised me with volume 1-2 of tokyo revengers, ma fav series of all time, she told me first that she got me somethjng and she asked me if k wanted to see it rn or in my birthday and yeah it was that, i cried im not joking I cried since manga is almost jmpossible to get where i live and i cant leave my country and j dknt have a passport so yeah
They are sort of multiple alternate realities in Higurashi, it’s like messed up Groundhog Day and you piece things together from each retelling of that period of time. D gray man is on my to watch list because I too try not to double dip and I’m trying to have the longer shounen and seinen series as anime only to save that cash and of course space! My collection is more shoujo and BL focused so I try and keep the shounen to a minimum but a few have started to sneak in I can’t lie to you 😂 I felt I had to get Kaiju no8 for example because my dog son is called Kaiju…it’s a slippery slope though 😂
