Awesome truck Brent. They really put great stuff into the kit. For the price it's a very cool purchase. Not so nice the box falls apart on the first look and that KingKong chooses 1/12 insteadd of 14. But all in all I'm impressed.

From mine I can see the body design how it does together looks so much better. But from the unboxing the parts look a lot better and it's a less complex build. The one I got because it was sale and I was going to get this kits but it was always out of stock, sometimes you should wait. I'm looking forward to the build, so hope it goes well as I do love the body on this one. Like the idea of the farm truck look so going Old MacDonald 🙂

That's going to be a sweet build Brent! are you going to get a scale engine and have the hood open? A farm truck done your patina style is going to be awesome!
I would like to get as scale as possible with the build I'm definitely doing a weathering paint scheme on it
Sweet stuff, built mine a few years ago and it was probably missing 1/3 of the hardware and some holes didnt line up and so on, but thats an easy fix and the kit is totally worth getting anyway, but maybe not a good experience for first time builders. Bumper on mine is all metall, but might be different since mine is older and the 5th wheel version instead of the bed.
I have heard they were a hardware nightmare but such a good looking machine I had to have it I was torn between this and the 5th wheel

I'm very glad it's 1:12 scale - the 1:10 world already has so much cool stuff, it seems only fair to let the 1:12 guys have something awesome to build once in a while. The last cool 1:12 rig I can recall apart from these very high quality truck kits was the Team Associated CR12,'and that was quite a while ago now...
What motor and electronics did you use?
I used a hobby wing 1060 with a 35t dynamite motor and a 20 kg servo and flysky radio
