- My reaction to the stabbing of Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel in Austrailia and how this attack should highlight the unreported reality of christian persecution in the world which continues to this day. Is the attack on Bishop Mari Emmanuel a sign of more to come? Many believe so due to the rising tensions in the middle east and the concerning changes in demographics as well as the division in the church. Everything is pointing to a coming climax

The Bishop is in my heartfelt prayers to Jesus Christ that He heals him body, soul and mind that this trauma will not affect him negatively. I started binge watching Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel yesterday. He is wonderful to listen to. He calls Jesus his sweetheart. Beautiful ❤ Mary protected him just like she did JP2.
When I watched Bishop Mar Mari videos one thing stands out in all his videos. That even when he is condemning something which is truly wrong he speaks with great love and graciousness he never verbally abuses or puts anyone down he just addresses the false teaching and that to me is a true sign of being fully obedient to the teachings of Christ . I love Bishop Mar Mari Emanuel and was guided to him by my own son. I was totally shocked and saddened to hear what happened to him. Christianity is the most persecuted faith in the world. Bishop Mar Mari Emanuel is obviously doing something right in order to have this attack from satan. He is in my prayers. What an amazing soldier in Christ. God truly protected him. Exactly! I listen to his talks too and I'm a trad Catholic. He's brave and I spring and no nonsense. He lives Our Lord and he's a man of conviction and strength. As much as I hate to say it, this attack will serve to shine a much bigger light on his work - the total opposite of Satan's plan.
I am trad too and have listened a long time. Some trade say you can't pray for him only to convert. That does not make sence. We can't pray for his healing? That's what one trad preist told me. I can't beleive that.
I’ve read that the attacker accidentally cut off three fingers on himself during the attack. And I can’t help but thinking if God allowed this as a lifelong reminder of the Holy Trinity.

The Lord made a miracle with bishop Mary Emmanuel when he raised his knife cross. He did not open at the beginning, but it was opened after the bishop fell to the ground and the fingers of the twenties were cut off by his confession. The response of Jesus Christ came to him directly and cut his fingers with his personal knife. God is with us every moment. I am Catholic and the Muslims here in my dam after the assault threatened our church. The Lord is a shepherd, so I don't need anything 🙏🙏🙏

Yes I am Catholic but I really like him. Can't get what he says at Mass, so love listening to him.
God protected him as the knife not working properly was a miracle. It was a frenzied attack he would have been dead if that hadn't happened. The young guy when taken down gave a demonic grin which was noticed by others. The Bishop was getting death threats I believe a couple of weeks before, probably by this guy. The attacker they will make an excuse for, it's all gone quiet very quickly.

As an Australian Catholic driving thru Sydney that day, we were greatly surprised to watch on the nightly news of the attempted stabbing attack on the Assyrian Bishop. I too uave often listened to hos preaching because he posts them on CZcams. He speaks well but never much mentions Mother Mary becasuse well i guess our orthodox brethren have an immature understanding of her and so we must pray for their conversion as we do all Christians outside the one Apostolic Catholic church. We can justly observe the evil fruits of a false ideology that results in violent aggression and seeking to murder and kill just as the fallen angles do. So we pray for our Islamic brethren also thay they may also convert and know that Christ is God and savior. The world watches on and perhaps many atheists and gnostics simply see all religion as faulty because the poor evil intentions of the false religions. So please consider praying the Holy Face devotion to console our Lord Jesus as his i sulted and mocked carrying his cross along calvery. Tuesday's are the requested day and to be prayed infront of the blessed sacrament of the altar if you can. The rosary and the hopy face devotion especially powerful to combat communism and atheistism and the enemies of the church gathering to attack in militeristic force. Also let us spare a thought for our faithful in their terrorizing last few minutes of life that they remain true to Christ and enter into heaven as worthy martyr's. 🙏 pray also for those left behind to morn the dead they may not become despondent and keep the faith with a fervent zeal. Our news showed us his attack and another crazy man welding a huge knife at shoppers in Bondi Junction Sydney Westfield shopping center. 5 people were killed and mnay others injured. The world is a dangerous violent place and seems to be increasingly so. For manybreasons no doubt but also because if the decline in true faith pracfices and daily fantasy distractions via technology reducing prayer time and connection time. The llast attack will be on the family. The church is our family

I am Catholic and live in Australia....very concerned about what happened to Bishop Mari Emmanuel...l believe he forgave the teenage terrorist shortly after the event ....we are very unsure why the large crowd that gathered were so aggressive, particularly towards police and ambulance workers....we are not sure of the details here but very concerned this behaviour occured and agree that the Bishop would not want this behaviour to occur....many in Australia are now concerned internal issues may manifest in ways such as that that Xavier has spoken about...God help us all. Amen.

I hope u am able to face martyrdom, red or white...i have most seriously contemplated this all my life bec as a 4th grader my teacher left us one day with a question while studying the Saints, & that was exactly what you said Mark..would I be willing to die for live of Jesus? As a youngster I worried & prayed alot about it, knowing I loved Him so much, but fearful I too might abandon Him as St. Peter did, though really in heart would absolutely want to if that is what God destined for me. Forward to now, at 66 years of age, & I've never for a moment felt that I might not be called to give my life. But I never trust in my own courage but ask for great Grace's & Strength to be with me always so that should I have to face this that God Himself uphold me for the flesh is weak & I beg Him to never let me betray Him. Hi Mark, I actually welcome the opportunity to walk in the footsteps of Our Lord. Remember the end game for us Catholics is the attainment of Heaven. Do what you can while here on earth but be ready to be judged at the end times. I firmly believe we will all suffer in some way or another BUT no matter what form that suffering takes, we have to walk the way Our Lord would have done if He was alive today. Suffering isnt necessarily a bad thing. We must draw out the greater good at work, whether we see that good in this life or the next. God Bless all your hard work!

There are various reasons for the NSW Police to call this a terrorist attempt to kill, however, the deeper reason for this is that it releases extra powers for authorities to investigate the incident and check at ground zero whether a form of radicalisation may have occurred. The boy’s appearance at the time was similar to that of a young man who may be experiencing a mental health episode 🤔
