  • Lorena Vargas, a physical therapist, shares exercises for babies with torticollis. These exercises can be helpful if you notice that your child tilts their head to one side or has difficulty rotating their head to both sides. These exercises will help to promote symmetry on both sides of their body while working on gross motor skills.

      Hello, the best would be reaching out to your son's pediatrician to check his neck mobility and spine. Also, the Pediatrician can refer him to a physical therapist for an evaluation.

    So if baby tends to see left side baby has to be tilted on left side. Am i right?

    • @SolShinePhysicalTherapy
      @SolShinePhysicalTherapy  Před 3 lety +2

      Hi Ramya, usually the "typical torticollis" presentation is rotation to one side and head tilted to the opposite side because of the action of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
