    80g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
    150g Rice Flour 粘米粉
    200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
    200ml Water 清水
    300ml Water 清水
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    ±20g Cane Sugar 蔗糖
    80g Palm Sugar 椰糖
    2 Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
    100g Shredded Coconut 白椰丝
    ¼ tsp Salt 盐

    *100g Cane Sugar 蔗糖
    *2 Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
    300g Purple Sweet Potato 紫色番薯
    60g Sago 西米
    200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
    90g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
    60g Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
    ½ tsp Salt 半小匙盐
    #100g Shredded Coconut 白椰丝
    #¼ tsp Salt 盐

    椰丝用文火干炒, 糕可否会比较耐放?日本紫番薯如何挑选?每次买的紫薯都有丝,懊恼。
