I had once in the same situation, mostly the car drivers dont have any fault, but the mob is the main problem in these kind of situations. I almost ran my velar on one of the person shouting to grab me.... Later I managed the police when they arrived at my place, actually I have many Political connections and that saved me from any criminal charges
