12:09 what about infinity war like movies where there was no happy ending at all and was setting up next movie or I have seen stories where there was no next part not because they could not make it that is how artist wanted to end it (177013 is the biggest example)
Infinity war was made probably with a different structure and even if it was 3 act, he literally said climax or catastasis doesn't mean the ending is gonna be good or everyone is gonna win
