INGREDIENTS:
A (WATER DOUGH)
✓ 300g high protein flour
✓ 30gr powdered sugar
✓ 2gr salt
✓ 70gr Butter
55g Blueband all-purpose flour
✓ 100ml water
INGREDIENT B (OIL DOUGH)
150gr High Protein Flour
✓ 70gr Butter
45gr Blueband
STUFFING INGREDIENTS:
✓ King Banana (cut into 3/4 pieces and then split)
✓ Chocolate Filling
Grated cheese.
OLESANING INGREDIENTS:
✓ 1 Egg yolk
1 Tbsp SKM (sweetened condensed milk)
✓ 3 drops of yellow coloring
✓ 1-2 drops of dark red coloring.
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
✓ Meises
Grated Cheese.
