    1 Apple
    1 Banana
    Oat
    2-3 Cashew
    2-3 Almonds
    Honey
    2 Cardamon
    Recipe =
    Chopped Fruits. Add evrything in the mixer jar. Grind it. Add milk. Mixed it well. Garnish with honey. Your smoothy is ready.
