Also with how much access to healing cap we now have in Magna Light Funf can reach absurd amounts of healing.
She has 80% healcap in her EMP, up to 30% from a ring, 30% from Lucifer and then 100% from grid.
Thats 3.4x her healing which is 13.8k healing that triggers every turn if someone is in the red.
When I saw the changes I had pretty much the same conclusion as you, where Tweyen is the biggest winner. For evokers, Estariolla seems the best to me, as his buffs are teamwide, but still waiting for the numbers.
Uno as always is the Eternal Loser.

Big win for me. I'm not planning on using Uno, or Funf anytime soon, but Onslaught on Tien is desperately needed on V2 fights where "Break" isn't exactly a mechanic. Lucio tho, he took the cake and share it too.
It’s not exactly a rebal, but flb lucio definitely slaughtered the rebals today 😂😂 to make him more op Id have buffed the 3rd skill by transferring the double strike from the 4th skill to the 3rd skill and making the double strike one turn

Feels like for most of the eternals, they went from being mid, to still being mid... I don't think any of these changes are gonna convince anyone to 150 an Eternal that isn't Nio or Six. Also not the first time they announce something during the anniversary and it ends up being meh.
Yeah, I was having such high expectations too. Song was the only one to get something good and she was immediately overshadowed by Lucio, lmao.
I still want to get them all to 150, but mostly for Collection Purposes.
Im guessing the reason why they went so hard on song is bec she is releasing on relink and just want to show that she is good in both games. Bec every other character rebalance just felt like a major after thought imo.
Also, para was her signature core skill that made her character but after juutens flb dropped all new dark bosses going forward have been outright immune to para rubbing her advantage. All the juutens got some kind of indirect nerf like that didn't they? I didn't look too closely at the male juutens so idk bc I only play these games for the waifus but anyway, I've always felt like flb'ing them isn't worth the effort to 40 box them and still have to burn another gold bar on their relic. Imo it's better to focus on your dark opus weps first. You will get more mileage out of that gold bar by investing it in a wep that your entire team will benefit from rather than using it on uncapping a single character when you really don't get anything extra out of it besides the raw stats that come from reaching lvl 100. Sweats can make whatever judgement they want about that, idgaf. Ijmho
@@bewbsplox5289 Well the juuten grind is just a endgame pass time to do imo. Only 5 out of the 10 is actually worth going 150 which are Siete, Six, Octo, Nion and Sarasa. Also with the introduction of NWQ and celestial, juuten are pretty low on the scale to use the 40 boxes on, unless you want to flb all so you can trans pass 130.
@@bewbsplox5289 I might've agreed w/ you a few years ago but 40 boxing is so brain dead now cuz of FA lol. Some Juutens are very much worth the effort unless you're new or a casual player that hasn't FLB'd all your opus'. Wind, dark, and earth(in order) have the best characters to FLB/ULB. I've gotten a lot of mileage out of my Seox, Nio, and Okto, haven't regretted it once.
Tien having that extra boost is a win, song... is iffy due to how horus appeared but might be good for those lacking. This is a win update.
As a Fraux and Tien enjoyer, I'm glad for these changes. However, these are "free" characters, I doubt they will receive buffs that will make them compete with the gacha characters. Still a nice addition.
I suspect a conscious decision behind -Silva's wife- Song. Since she will appear in ReLink I bet they couldn't let such an important character be inferior to other characters.
Also: poor dumb Sarasa is left in the dust again, Uno getting the short end of the stick...
It quite literally saved fraux from herself. Though I wish they kept the damage and just made the skill non recastable and permanent.
At this point they should be even easy to optain and capp

Well, that sucked, guess Songs going up in my build order but very sand Uno didn't get much worth a damn and the Evokers are all kinda sad
I'm happy to see Tweyen finally become decent. She's one of the biggest cuties in the game and it was always disappointing how weak she was.
