    i will do that with sword in my hand and while running in the streets...aeeea eeeeeeaa aeeee ..nice helpful

    I have a question: Where are you supposed to feel it? My main problem with these exercises is knowing whether I am doing them right.

      Red Rose7 great question. If you are doing these exercise you she specifically feel it behind the nose. If you put both index fingers on each side of the nose you should feel a buzz. Hope that helps

      i've been around cats all my life and i've always meowing to them and i have a cat for 8 years so i think im trying to hard when i already have it. mines is NOT in the nose at all its actually stuck in between the hard and soft palate. I dont FEEL no buzz at all near the resonators unless i push it harder.
