    I love the "stewiness" too! Plus all those obstacles😋
    Do I need to blanch my vegetables though? Or what difference does blanching make?
    Plus can I also blanch Shoko?

      Thank you 😊.
      Blanching is not compulsory but necessary. As long as vegetable thoroughly cleaned, you can add directly in the stew.
      However, blanching helps preserve colour and flavour. I also hear it prevents vitamin loss.
