They were literally playing this song live for us at Tourzilla and all their equipment shut off and we couldn't hear anything for about 2 or 3 mins. They started all over again when it was fixed. It was even better live!!

vacations has been my favourite band of 2023 so far. i literally advertise it everywhere. i always ask people if they know vacations, both online and irl. i tell everyone in my classes to listen to vacations. though everyone knows young and telephones, they still like the other songs. thank you for existing!

Hearing this for the first time a few days ago is something I’ll never forget, especially it being live made it all the worthwhile. Having the equipment shut off halfway through the song was hilarious, we were hyping the drummer as they were playing till they figured out what was happening. We got to hear this song 1 and a half times!! 😂

This song is a reminder of no matter what your living though, yellow leaves all change color, live your life or not, they will change, and in a good or bad way, there is nothing you can do about it. People can stress about that, find bliss in it, because guess what? There is nothing you can do about it, live your life and just try to be happy. Whether you like it or not, that is a previlage.
