Are you sure that it was on a french TV-show and not eventually a Belgian one ? I remember that I used to watched Belgian tv in those days (RTBF, which was a french-speaking Belgian station) for a show called Rox Box which was hosted by Ray Cokes who later was also a regular host on MTV Europe (MTV's Most Wanted). They played a lot of goth and indie music and I know that I saw Neon Judgement first on that show, probably even this very performance here.
