I love these type of roleplays with brochures and such. And you have such great tone and pace. And I love how your pitch goes up at the end of some of the phrases. I really enjoyed your interior design consultation video when you started drawing at the end, and I enjoyed you using the white board in this video. I think you could do a cool video with that white board, or just drawing in general. Or maybe not drawing but visual riddles or something that involves writing and visual components? Just some ideas! Whatever you do. Never EVER buy pebble tek pool flooring. Just get the smooth floor option. I constantly get scrapes and injuries whenever I enter the sharp, razor like floors of some pool surfaces.
