Areteta/Arsenal had a gameplan & they executed it perfectly. They were disciplined in how they approached the game, they knew their plan of attack, they stuck to it & reaped the rewards.
Good example of an game for the hipsters to watch who overly rely on stats, misuse stats without context etc.. the only stat that matters is the next number of goals scored. First half Spurs had like 80% possession or something like that & like 90% short passing accuracy etc.

I thought Kate’s Spurs showed heart today; were dangerous most of the match. I think they have some of pieces and are maybe a couple pieces away. Would not be surprised if they catch Liverpool next year w the right signings & some tweak/adjustments by Ange. Weirdly I thought Spurs played better than us much of 1st half, and we ended up having many better chances than Spurs in the 2nd, but ran out of final touch/made huge mistakes.
