Phil Rudd is an absolute beast.
I saw this shit 6th row, 1979 Houston, one of the best shows of my life!
I saw this same tour opening for Ted Nugent 1979 Cincinnati
At last, the definitive concert other than river plate everyone else goes on about when the band played to slow for what i believe was for malcolms benefit. God rest his soul.
AC/DC never fails to deliver, the bass player was really rocking his hair out on that one.
And its from when tey had the better singer/songwriter!
Thats kinda his moment to shine! Cliff Williams 🤟👌
There’s an old saying that goes:
“The simple things in life are often the best”.
And AC/DC is proof of this, no fancy lights, no stupid dancers, just five very gifted and talented musicians doing what they do best, put out kick a.rse rock n roll.
And that classic rock tone of AC/DC is magical, as I say, Gibson + Gretsch + Marshall = Rock N Roll Heaven.
Just simply the greatest rock and roll band ever peroid.
Angus on fire! Incredible evil energy! UNTOUCHABLE!
First saw AC/DC in my hometown of Middlesbrough in 1977. I had never heard of the band and went purely on a friends recommendation. They walked onstage and this was the opening song. I was hooked and since that night I love their music. Still prefer the Bon era and saw him 6 times 1977-80.
No fancy pyrotechnics...no crazy stage props ...no cannons ...no fire ...JUST LIGHTS ...ROCK N ROLL...AND THE BAND THAT MELTS YOUR FACES OFF WITH INTENSE MUSIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can’t keep repeating myself but good god this is AC/DC in her prime… such a tight rhythm section here specially I mean listen to Phil he’s a fuggin human metronome 😂 cliff solid bass line as per usual, and the man him self mr MALCOLM YOUNG keeps the guitar part alive and rockin while angus is backstage doing his thing
Yeah I figure 1978ish to about 1983ish was their prime.
Rhythm section is an absolute freight train. One of, if not THE best in rock and roll history
JESUS THAT IS FAST
It's sped up
@@lookatmyplaylists9848 no sabe
@@lookatmyplaylists9848 its not
On the DVD it's also fast
They play it faster live, so the recording in itself isn’t sped up.
Check out the Donington version…
This concert is rare and needs to be preserved. It's one of best rock concerts in recorded history. Simply amazing feat of musicianship and stage presence by the entire band.
Agreed. This is the best concert I’ve ever seen. And I wasn’t even there 😂😊
I have a mp4 file of the movie on Internet archives
But Bon's voice was lacking here for reasons. It's really sad :( Not only was he drinking heavier here, he also totally lost his voice few days before the gigs. Yes, gigs. They played 2 shows that day at the same venue.
Best band ever...
They really upped the tempo for this song here
So you’re 59? Damn. I might reach that age
The best thing is nobody is faking it.
No comment guys : AC/DC is one of the great band of this fucking world and we want AC/DC. JOY, POWER, ROCK : MARVELLOUS SONG.
My God this is rock n' roooooooooooolllllll !!!!!!
nothing will ever beat this.
Best rock sound ever.
We didn't know what we had until Bon was gone. Lucky enough to see the band 6 times between 1977-80 with Bon. Magic nights
👍👌
Best band, at their very best, 45 years ago.. no contest, the timing, the riffs, the energy, amazing
Rock & roll allo stato puro 😈
Prime AC/DC

This is Real Ac/Dc fuckin Sound....not the shit about today....
dance! bon dance!
Phil Rudd impressionnant de maîtrise 💥⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡
Amazing footage never seen before!
I love AC/DC with Bon my all Time Favorit !
I recommend buying the DVD of this whole show. One of the greatest concerts ever filmed
The greatest guitar player to ever live

0:03:45 That's what I feel when I play drums xD.
BTW:The best SG ever,I need it!!
You hear one of the guitars out of tune and as you see Bon sing the opening lyrics Mal plonking on his guitar. That heavy hand busted the 12's good :D
🎉amooooo❤
Angus Solo at 05:01
Good job!
TROOOOP PUISSANT!!
incontournable
fucking hell !!! my bro was there !!!! what a jalousie !!!
5:40 la partie que tout le monde attend
Et comment...
WB France has mutilated this video like hell!
They've been messing with the pitch, tempo, sound channels and even made the video/audio out of sync every now and then.
They've also reported almost! all the good versions on YT.
Luckily I've got both the original VHS and the Blu-Ray.
I bought the Blu-Ray AFTER I saw the quality from those other YT-clips, which don't work anymore. If I had to decide whether or not to buy the Blu-Ray and saw these mutilated versions, I definitely would NOT have bought it!
They are forgetting one thing: The REAL AC/DC fans WILL buy the original Blu-Ray.
For showing this disrespect (mainly towards Bon Scott) I'm giving WB France the Middle-finger!!!!!!
@ Wouldn't you prefer the Blu-Ray because of the enhanced video quality AND the 5.1 sound?
i own the regular and its ok and the blu ray is correct if i recall
Sony did the same thing to Live at Donington. And I believe Warner Bros did the same thing to No Bull
This is fantstic band and I enjoy lisening this great SInger Bon SCOTT was real rocker I like them all Bon is the one star In the sky at night time you can see it🇫🇮😃
Total killer. Dean
JUVENTUD DIVINO TESORO!
Ils jouent vite là, sa donne.
JESUCRISTOO
Hey, why is the sound mono? Couldn't you use the Bonfire CD's for sound? Why isn't the transfer from 35mm?
To be there...historic
That was funny as s*** in the beginning Angus did the duck walked in reverse
I was there
Acdc Phil Rudd no one could play drums like you and smoke at the same time well done boys Australian's number one band 😂
ALL I SEE IS MUSIC, ALL I FEEL IS MUSIC, ALL I WANT TO BE IS MUSIC. JUST LIKE JIMI, I WISH MUSIC ITSELF WAS MY LOVER !!!
02:28 someone noticed that Bon is about to start singing at the wrong time ?
and it is hard to sing and another thing if you look at the pants the whole video is seen to be broken
@@rainbow8522
yes ! this is why he got confused the second before, suddenly felt like his dick was sticking out, lost track of the song and thought it was his time to sing 😂
just shouting
This versions fast
they’re playing faster than the record, so rock n roll
It’s sped up
@@BoofSmoker no dude i don't think so, they used to play these songs faster
@@jaimequezada7088 bruh I know how fast they can play I couldn’t believe it either when I found out it was sped up. It’s kinda obvious now
@@BoofSmoker where did u saw that it was sped up?
@@jaimequezada7088 I got the original vhs version man it wasn’t played liked this. the guy who uploaded it sped it up to avoid copy right.
The kid at 2.10 minutes in front of Bon dressed like Angus. Love ya!
💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Why this is retuned?
Its not the american release. Usually with most ametican things they always end up with a higher pitch in the uk and eu
3:49 mutant
this is on spotify as their live show at the pavillion i think
The fact that Bon's very pants were ripping apart is such a sad remembrance of his soul doing the same.
That old ripping apart pants/jeans it is more RAW style of personality.
2:31 ........🤘
Australijski cunami!
We need tabs on thsi
How come Warner bros own the rights to this?
They own the movie
Is that the same stage the Back in Black videos were recorded on?
Nope. BiB was recorded in nassau, and this show was in Paris.
But its still same stage style they used in BIB videos and tour
J'avais 16 ans !!
Let There Be Rock is actually a boogie.
bon scott, up there with jim morrison & freddie mercury as the ultimate front men
mercury sucks. Axl Rose, Robert Plant, Bon, Morrison, and many others eat mercury's lunch
Freddie was a front woman.
20 % speedup ?
Phil Rudd .. the real deal
This song, like Metallica’s Creeping Death is ALWAYS better live cause they upped it EVERY TIME!!!🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Purfect Quality video.
CRAP SOUND !!
Sound and tempo all wrong way speeded up shame as the picture quality is great
Still go though
Andrew Collins
That's how the tempo must go in this song, "way speeded up" that's how the song is
@@libertadconobjetividad5550 i,ve got the original vhs of this and multiple dvd,s this is not how it was played.
@@andrewcollins4458 it's sped up to avoid copy right
@@libertadconobjetividad5550 I've got the DVD blu ray it's the same speed this is just blistering from AC/DC plain and simple no band on earth would have compete with them that night
Bon lacked vocal power here cause of 1) a cold that stole his voice just days before 2) this was the second gig of the day 3) increased alcohol abuse and worse well-being
