I hate how so many people are saying "Oh, she was crying for sympathy."
If you got up there and did your absolute best job at singing, and tried your hardest, would you want all of your work to just end right there? All of your work for nothing? It must have been so upsetting for her hear all of those people chanting to keep Paige in, when she couldn't hear anyone rooting her on.
She must have had a lot of feelings when she sang "Stay." The lyrics are really meaningful if you had listened.

Cher was and is absolutely fantastic, and is miles ahead of everyone else within the competition, each week she gets up there and does something completely different and like cheryl said on the night she shows complete versitility....i honestly believe Cher should win this year hands down and if she doesnt its a disgrace!!!! rant over!!! GO CHER!

Regardless of the politics of who should of shouldn't be there, this second performance of this song was so much better than the first time she did it - particularly the middle bit, it had fight and anger and soul in it - forget the competition for a moment, the performance was stunning.

Cher has inumerous fans overseas, much more than anyone else in this competition. She's the one there who has the best chance to have an international career. I dont know why Britain cant appreciate her as much as the rest of the World. She is incredible. I dont get all these bad comments. Its really sad that the british cant understand there is somene young behind all this. Im in favour of criticalism but swear and hurt somene you dont even really know, its jut mean.
