Based on the 2021 movie Finch, release on 5th of November 2021. I created a replica of the robot from the film, called Jeff. The robot head is completely 3D-printed. All components are easy to find and affordable. It uses a machine vision camera module to achieve active face-tracking in real-time.
All 3D STL files , Arduino code and build info are available for personal use (See Patreon)

Would this work with the camera in the eye instead of the nose?
Yes, it could. Will be slightly off center though. But that can be corrected in software calibration.
I'm planning to built a AI but I'm unable to find the voice of Jeff. Any ideas or suggestions?
You should look up about an machine learning tool that captures voice character. Don't remember how it's called, but it can capture the voice with a few audio samples and then recreate the voice tone. Then you can use that to make it say whatever you want

By the way why didnt you make the camera in the eyes
Because it will be off center with the axis of the head.
Is it possible to make a jeff robot than can walk and talk in real life?
Yes, with years of development and a very large budget it could be
If i where you i would make every detail from the movie like the eyes movment the body the memory the talking and more
