The songs were before the 60s but my mom singing the songs and me being a little guy. Sunday morning with Frank Sinatra and mom making homemade spaghetti sauce and homemade spaghetti me helping her and singing with Frank Sinatra. This song I always loved how great Louis Armstrong would sing it. Close my eyes and I am back in north Philly with the smell of Mom's homemade meatballs for spaghetti. And her singing those songs. What's funny is I enjoy listening to that kind of music. But I grew up listening to THE WHO the loudest rock band and some of the best kiss my ass music. And worst is I have 5 grandchildren and I only meant one of them. Kids just don't have time for me. Can't drive so if they don't come to me I do without. When I was a little girl Mr. Armstrong song this song on The Ed Sullivan show. My father loved this man. It wasn't just his singing & playing his trumpet. You can tell my his kind & gentleness he was a very humble man that loved people. It's very sad during those days white people didn't treat black people with respect like he did. God created all different colors of people & I'm blessed my parents never segregated. My mother born & raised from a wealthy family never treated them like they did in those days & my daddy became a pastor. I truly truly love his voice, the "OH yeahs" and trumpet music. Good memories.....
