Korean songs (mostly kpop and krock) have always english or even other languages like spanish in their songs. It gives flow or also help international fans to sing along more easily. "Watching yourself in another person's eyes" is metaphorical. It means, basically, that you think that the other person is exactly like you and that's why you "love" them. It's supposedly romantic but, in reality, it's sad. A person like that cannot really love other people apart from themselves and that's why their relationships always end badly.
