You can renew through ICA’s website. As for an employment pass, you need to get a job offer first and run a SAT to see if you are eligible for the pass. You may visit MOM website to know the salary range based on your age. We can also assist you with the SAT and the application once you have a job offer. I am afraid your mother will no longer be able to sponsor you as you are above 21 years old. You may however seek for employment in Singapore and obtain a work pass on your own merits. Alternatively, you may consider setting up a company and be employed by your own company!
