i made one of these 11 years ago w/o bluetooth just a car amp. nearly identical but i sold it as someone offered money to buy it. watching this makes me want to do it again. yours look way better kudos to you
Those tweeters need to be isolated, they are clearly driven by the woofers. Horrible chuffing noise from the port, which obviously needs to be wider and flanged. Horrific sound quality, but a cool attempt. Just make little boxes to isolate the tweeters. Separate the two woofers internally and use passive radiators on the sides and tune down to 30hz with weights. You can put a circular lcd display to show battery/time etc on where the port was. You can save the project that way.

That upside down jigsaw...yikes. But overall great use of limited workspace - one-stop table saw, router table, jigsaw, drill press, glue table, painting, soldering, etc...Also, interesting outfeed thru the window lol, hopefully your neighbors don't mind sawdust and paint spray on their balconies.

You can put medium and tweeter in the same chamber, but the woofer always need to be alone.
@@issoulescondes3913 You can install tweeter in the same box when it is "closed type" tweeter (sealed from air entering from the back). He did it wrong in the video as he used "non sealed" tweeters. They will act pretty much as passive radiators as pressure from woofers/mids can move tweeters cone from inside the box. You can see them moving out of phase when bass hits. Its going to distort sound and probably will damage tweeters as well. You should seal those manually by making small enclosures as others said.

Не рекомендую использовать фазоинвертор с мид-басом (или с широкополосником) в таких маленьких корпусах... Даже на видео слышно, что динамики захлёбываются из-за того, что подвижная часть выходит на свой критический ход (либо из-за нехватки мощности усилителя)...
В таких системах идеальным вариантом будет щель с лабиринтом, либо пассивный излучатель. Плюс для хорошего звучания, внутрь корпуса нужно набивать материал, по типу синтипона.
Надеюсь эти рекомендации вам и другим людям помогут в будущем.
Думаю, в данном случае провалы громкости на мощных низких частотах это проблема усилителя, а идея фазоинвертора была не такая уж и плохая, если была цели достичь максимальной громкости самых низких частот (с пассивным излучателем такое не прокатит).
Внутрь лучше не ложить особо ничего звукопоглашающего, ведь это повлияет на вес подвижной системы (если такой широкополос как 10ГД-63К, то лучше использовать синтепон в ЗЯ, чисто для поглощения внутренних резонансов), максимум обшить стенки поролоном, лучше даже акустическим...

Mình nghĩ bạn nên ngăn cách 2 cái woofer, 2 cái loa toàn dải lg thì bạn vứt đi, cs thực có 10w thôi, thay bằng cặp treb khác ngon hơn. Mạch bluetooth thì bạn nên cách ly nguồn, còn không rè lắm, mạch tpa3116d2 2.1 này nghe chán lắm, đổi qua tpa3221 với bộ pre xịn sò là bá cháy.
Nhìn cách đấu nối là biết dân mù âm thanh rồi..loa to như thế mà k đấu qua phân tần hay tụ cho trép gì cả
@@HienNguyen-ip8hy Tào lao ông ơi, làm gì có treb mà cản tụ, 2 cái loa vệ tinh là toàn dải chứ không phải treb, còn cặp bass 20 cắt tần sẵn trên mạch rồi nên phân tần là vô nghĩa.

How can I calculate what power or mesaures I need for each component?

Start by making sure the speakers (drivers) match in sensitivity (SPL, measured in dB). This is more important than wattage, it will make sure that your speakers are at an even volume. You can use any amp with any speakers, but usually the amp is lower powered than the speakers. If you are using an amp with more power than the speakers, just be sure not to turn it up too loud. You will also need to design an enclosure that has the correct internal volume (i.e in Litres) for your drivers. if you google 'speaker box enclosure' there are calculators that will do this for you.

Instead of using buck converter why you dont use 24v battery directly? Buck converter will decrease ampere
it will keep constant voltage supply to an amplifier. When battery discharges over time, its voltage going to drop. Less voltage to an amp = less power output from it.
