    Kinda weird you talked about mono red but completely missed mentioning goblins, I’d argue they’re just as synonymous with red as Dragons

      Would you believe that I forgot Goblins are a main tribe of mono red????.....I don't usually play Goblins and just kinda forgot they existed....FUTURE VIDEO IDEA

    Great Video! I am running a mono-red helmed by Norin doing ETB shennagins/Goblins/Chaos Control style deck and saw some of my heavy hitters here. Chaos mages unite!

      I have always been curious about Norin. Mind explaining the normal process your deck goes through during a game?

    Mono red is probably the hardest color to build in commander imo. The color is naturally very impulsive and fast, win quick and win hard. This isn’t typically how casual EDH is played. Love splashing it in decks with other colors tho(: haste goes HARD

    • @ryansmith6625
      @ryansmith6625 Před 10 měsíci +3

      I wouldn't say it's hard, but it's more limited if that makes sense. There are good mono red commanders that can hang with a table. There just aren't as many as other colors. Once you pick one of them they are pretty straightforward on what they want to do in my experience. It's very hard to win consistently for sure. Mono red decks will leave an impact on a game even if it doesn't win it. I agree though, I always love having red in a multicolored deck.

    • @Azoreign
      @Azoreign  Před 10 měsíci +2

      I agree that splashing Red into my decks is where the color is best. I have tried to build mono Red before...it burns fast and bright but does tend to burn out if you dont win the game right away.

      Technically Gold and Treasure are different. And Gold is technically better because you do not tap them to sac them. But other than that...same thing.

    Leyline of Sanctity usually shuts down any mono red deck and the last person who played a Chaos Warp on my commander scooped when he warped in Ghalta which brought in Avacyn and Ulamog so you were saying how good red is again?

    The rest of the video is fire, but... What? Mono white is the second best mono commander color after green. White is INSANELY strong. Red IS the worst mono color for commander (still totally able to be strong), but white is nowhere near it.

      @@Azoreign There is a strong argument for the 2 spot, but blue can't compete with the ramp and stompies 1 on 1. Control just can't control like green can go insane.
