I think that Sodor Museum cargo is a crate with a blue cover on top which is pinned down to the freight car with yellow ropes.

You should keep the screwed up James. Stuff that are chok ful with those kinds of errors are known as “factory errors” and are really hard to come by, especially 1992 ones which are near impossible to get. I’d imagine on the cargo car it was most likely a 2003-2009 era item due to the font also I believe that the ‘dunes’ are just suppose to represent a crate and the blue with the darker blue representing ruffles is supposed to be a tarp
