    These locomotives weren't actually built as F59PHR's. They were actually done by taking standard F59PH's, sending them to Motive Power Inc., and rebuilding them. Part of the rebuild process includes upgrading it to meet the EPA's Tier 2 Emissions standards, which resulted in a hump towards the end of the locomotive, making them distinguishable from original non-rebuild F59PH's, which never had that hump. Seven of these locomotives have become F59PHR's between 2009 and 2011, and most of them are surprisingly in service.
