There is no need to make every single thing from scratch, in order for it to taste great. I love your style and your overall approach to cooking. I can feel several re-creations of your recipes coming to my channel (giving you all the credit of course). I've had purists yell at me for making risotto in the microwave. If it tastes good, who cares how you got there. Count me as a HUGE Fan of your channel!!

Made it with wild rice and green beans. I took some almond slivers and toasted them and threw them over the green beans. I made the gravy exactly as shown (except I went lighter on the black pepper) and this meal is incredibly delicious! Thanks. 👍
