for the most curious, in the OST, the "Puzzle" section is called "Calm hour"
but little do you know It's actually called Nyakuza Escape Puzzle in the game files ;)

just saying both the fact that this is composed of segments and also the fact that empress has voice clips of getting hurt makes me think that there was gonna be a boss fight against her
Would've been epic to fight her actually.
Everyone says "she can one hit you so it's not fair", but Snatcher can insta kill you if you refuse his contract in act 1
The different segments are to fit the different parts of the level. For example, having the action synthwave version playing while not on the train would be awkward. Alternatively, having the puzzle version play while on a train wouldn't convey the kinetic energy of the trains.

Snatcher just chose not to because he likes seeing your terror. The Empress didn't fight because she wanted to make an example out of you.
@@yellowmello1223 Yeah no the Snatcher wants you dead in his fight, especially after you smack him with his potion. My point still stands proud, friendo. Especially due to there being no original boss fights in the DLC.

All they did was add and extra sound at 4:20 and it made it soooooo much more atmospheric. God I love it.

My favourite chapter in the game. That giant neon subway city filled with cats and great music in this area. All of this made me love this place

Pascal M. Stiefel is now my favorite game composer! He can make kids adventure music, hardcore boss battle music, and electronic/retrowawe rush hour

When Rush Hour Action Synthwave (or 21:01) started playing, I never thought that it would make me feel pumped up and motivated

@@GerMorden Not sure how i can explain it. but i used umodel to extract the files make sure you tick sound and select the folder CrookedPC in your hat in time folder best to look it up yourself.

I've tried it... and it doesn't work with the current version of the game. Was able to open the 1.0 version with an old engine, though, but not the one with DLCs.
